Art 1: Portfolio Criteria

Art 1, if you've missed class recently, here's what we have been working on:

After you make your portfolio, and finish your sketch, draw your design on your portfolio using pencil. Include:
1.Your REAL first name using one of the lettering styles in the lettering packet (Use a ruler, and a baseline/cap height/meanline)
2.Your three pictures drawn from observation (Interest, culture and future).
3.Draw large (This includes your name)! Fill the space (Balance your page).
4.Use details.
5.Use good craftsmanship!

When you are finished drawing, here's what to do:

-Finish sketching your design in pencil on your portfolio.

-Use sharpie to outline EVERYTHING your drew on your portfolio (including details).
-Color EVERYTHING on your portfolio (symbols and name) with colored pencil.
Be neat, use good craftsmanship.
